Preparation Tips
- Collect urine per the kit’s instructions and avoid extreme over- or under-hydration on collection day, since the lab corrects for creatinine but consistency still helps quality.
- Do not stop prescription medications unless we advise you to. Note that if you take mycophenolate for transplantation or autoimmune disease, the mycophenolic acid marker can be elevated due to the drug itself.
