What is included

Wellness intake and goal setting
A focused consultation to understand your history, lifestyle, training, symptoms, and priorities. We define success metrics up front so progress is visible and motivating.

Comprehensive biomarker bloodwork
A curated panel of 50 plus markers that matter for metabolic, cardiovascular, thyroid, inflammatory, and nutritional status. Examples: fasting glucose and insulin with ratios, advanced lipids, hs-CRP, liver and kidney function, vitamin D and B12, ferritin, thyroid panel, and key hormones when clinically indicated.

Styku 3D Body Composition Scan
Infrared scan that measures fat and lean mass distribution, circumferences, posture trends, and visceral risk indices with clinical precision.

PNOĒ Breath Analysis
- Resting Metabolic Rate: identifies true caloric needs and fat-carb utilization at rest
- VO2 Max and Zone Testing: establishes training zones, aerobic capacity, and fuel efficiency so workouts are dosed correctly

Physician plan review
A second consultation where we connect your lab and testing results to an action plan that is simple to follow and designed for measurable wins.
Why this matters
Most people are told their labs are “normal,” yet they still feel tired, gain weight easily, plateau despite effort, or underperform physically and mentally. That disconnect happens because standard care rarely looks at how your body actually produces, uses, and adapts energy.
The Peak Foundational Assessment closes that gap.
Instead of guessing, we measure the systems that quietly drive results—or hold you back—so your plan is built on how your body functions, not averages.
Who it’s for
The Peak Foundational Assessment is designed for individuals who want clarity, direction, and measurable progress—not guesswork.
Ideal for:
-
Anyone starting a wellness, longevity, or aesthetics journey
- People struggling with weight loss or stalled progress (including GLP-1 users)
Especially helpful for:
-

Insurance and payment
If you plan to use insurance for any lab components, a consultation is required first. Coverage is not guaranteed by your insurer. We will outline costs and options before any testing is performed.
