5

Physician plan review

A second consultation where we connect your lab and testing results to an action plan that is simple to follow and designed for measurable wins.

Why this matters

Most people are told their labs are “normal,” yet they still feel tired, gain weight easily, plateau despite effort, or underperform physically and mentally. That disconnect happens because standard care rarely looks at how your body actually produces, uses, and adapts energy.

The Peak Foundational Assessment closes that gap.

Instead of guessing, we measure the systems that quietly drive results—or hold you back—so your plan is built on how your body functions, not averages.

This assessment allows us to:

Identify why progress has stalled

We uncover metabolic inefficiencies, hormonal friction, inflammation, or recovery gaps that don’t show up in routine checkups but directly affect fat loss, energy, and performance.

Personalize nutrition and training with precision

Calorie needs, fuel mix, and training zones are based on measured data—not generic formulas—so effort finally matches results.

Protect muscle, metabolism, and long-term health

Especially important for weight loss, GLP-1 use, perimenopause, or low testosterone, where the wrong approach can slow metabolism and impair recovery.

Detect issues early—before symptoms escalate

Suboptimal nutrient levels, cardiometabolic risk patterns, or hormonal shifts are addressed proactively, not reactively.

Create a clear baseline for real accountability

Objective data gives us something to track, refine, and optimize over time—so progress is visible, measurable, and motivating.
